Our mission is to provide the best loan rate and terms for our clients according to their circumstances with honesty, integrity and professionalism.  Our parent company INVESTMENT VILLAGE, INC., specializes in real estate investment properties.

Company Profile

LOAN VILLAGE is a mortgage division of INVESTMENT VILLAGE, INC., a real estate investment and brokerage corporation organized under the laws of the State of California.  We are headed by a Certified Commercial Investment Member (See, http://www.ccim.com/about/ccim.html), and managed by one of the most experienced real estate brokers.  Our C.E.O. has been a real estate broker in California for over 20 years and is also  licensed as an attorney in California.  As you work with us, you will find that we are among the most honest and professional in the industry.  We will never try to get you a loan simply because it will give us the most commission or make us the most money.  We will put your interests above ours.   If we do not think that we can do the best for you given your circumstances, we will not hesitate to tell you so.

As a direct lender in non-conventional loans and a wholesaler for some of the largest banks in the world, Loan Village can often obtain better rates and terms for our clients than if they were to obtain loans directly from the bank(s) themselves.

We handle both loans to purchase and refinance real properties.  In many instances where actually taking the money out immediately by refinancing or obtaining a new loan is not the best course of actions, i.e., the owner has not yet decided how to use the fund,  Loan Village can help arrange an equityline or a credit line secured by real property(ies), often without any fee to the client until he/she starts using the money at the rates as low as those charged by the bank(s) to major corporations, i.e., prime rate.
